How to delete a Sage X3 folder with SQL Server

The following method should work for any version from Sage X3 V6 with SQL Server 2012 and higher.

For previous versions running on SQL Server 2008R2 or lower, some lines in the proposed SQL Script handling sequences must be removed as sequences don’t exist in SQL before SQL 2012.
